Principles of data protection

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force on 24 May 2016, it has been applied throughout the European Union on 25th May 2018. Compliance with this is mandatory for all organizations.

We will continue to maintain a high level of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data. In accordance with the Regulation, we will specify the principles for treating the personal data in Tripod.

  • Test taker: If you have been asked to complete Tripod test(s) then you can learn more about them from our website, which can be found here (Estonian, Russian and English).
  • Surveys: For the respondent participating in the study, we guarantee the confidentiality of comprehensive individual responses for all surveys conducted by Tripod.
  • Candidate: The candidate's CV is checked by the responsible Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Assistant. We also share the name and other personal data of the candidates with our clients and, in order to maintain confidentiality, we will sign an agreement with the client before each project. We keep the candidate's CV and other relevant information for the recruitment process collected during the recruitment process for one year from the decision of the client regarding the resolution of any disputes (Basis - Estonian Equal Treatment Act § 25). For longer retention (for example, for future offers), we will ask the candidate for consent, which (s)he can also withdraw (by writing us an e-mail).
  • Potential candidate: If you would like us to keep your resume, then let us know about it through our website. Below the job vacancies  section ( or there is an opportunity to submit your CV even if there are no suitable public recruitments going on at the moment.
