* Tripod at ECPA conference

Tripod participated with presentations in the 11th European Conference on Psychological Assessment, held in Riga from 31 August to 3 September 2011.

The presentations focussed on a pupils' mental abilities and predictors of achievement in mathematics, the link between the Big Five traits and vocational orientations, variation of spatial abilities across job complexity as exemplified by Ericsson Estonia, a new Spatial Ability Measure for IT and STEM professionals, as well as the personality traits and mental abilities of Estonian leaders.

The conference was organised by the European Association for Psychological Assessment (EAPA). The key speakers of the conference are Antonio Godoy (Spain), Thomas Oakland and Jaan Valsiner (USA), David Bartram (UK) and Klaus Boehnke (Germany).
